At BFree Australia, we strive to make the return and exchange process as convenient as possible for our valued customers. All exchange orders come with Free Standard Shipping and our portal allows you to return each eligible item for 1 exchange item (either 1 single item or 1 pack). If you would like to change or add multiple items to your exchange please see the process below with extra steps to allow us to accommodate this request:
- Submit your return details through our RETURN PORTAL, selecting the items you wish to return, reasons for return, and your exchange preference from the available options (you may add more items later).
- Upon submission, keep an eye on your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for an invoice to purchase an Easy $10 Pre-Paid Return Label. Please make prompt payment.
- Once payment is complete, do not post the return yet. Email us directly at contact@bfreeaustralia.com.au with "URGENT: Change/Add Items to Exchange Order" in the subject line, requesting the change/additional items you would like for your exchange order. Once we receive your email, we will update your draft exchange order and confirm the update with you.
- Then please proceed to post your parcel using the provided return label. Within 1 business day of Australia Post scanning the return parcel in transit your exchange order will be released and the invoice emailed to you.
NOTE: You will need to pay the applicable gap (difference in exchange items value less return items value) for your exchange order to be processed. You must check your inbox including the spam folder and ensure prompt payment to avoid delays.
