This might seem obvious, but sometimes the number 1 and a capitalised 'i' can look very similar. As does a capitalised I 'i' and lowercase L 'l'. The number 5 and capital 'S' can sometimes be confused as well. To avoid any confusion, we recommend copying discount codes and store credit codes directly from their source and pasting them directly into the checkout. Once a discount code is successfully applied it will appear as such:
