The 'submit a request' button can be found at the bottom of this article or in the top right hand corner of your screen.
To complete the 'submit a request' form, you will need a couple of images to accompany your request. These images will assist us in resolving the matter for you asap. The images the form will ask for are listed below. It can help to have these ready before filling in the form:
Image 1 - Please provide an image of all the garments that were received. Please make sure all styles are identifiable and visible, and all sizing printed on the garments is shown.
Image 2 - If you have it; please provide an image of the packing slip (the white rectangular sticker inside the parcel with your order details).
