Please note that a fault is generally a physical defect in a garment. Fitting issues and preference in fit do not constitute a fault. Nor does a defect that in our reasonable opinion has developed due to wear and tear, misuse and failure to follow care instructions.
To complete the form for a genuine fault, you will need a couple of images to help us get to the bottom of the matter and resolve the issue asap! It can help to have these ready before filling in the form. Please the images required below:
