At BFree Australia, we strive to make the return and exchange process as convenient as possible for our valued customers. All exchange orders come with Free Standard Shipping as part of our regular returns process. Upon special request, we can sometimes accommodate an upgrade to $15 Express Shipping with the following procedure:
- Submit your return details through our RETURN PORTAL, selecting the items you wish to return, reasons for return, and your exchange preference.
- Upon submission, keep an eye on your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for an invoice to purchase an Easy $10 Pre-Paid Return Label. Please make prompt payment.
- Once payment is complete, do not post the return yet. Email us directly at contact@bfreeaustralia.com.au with "URGENT: Exchange Shipping Upgrade" in the subject line, requesting the upgrade to $15 Express shipping for your exchange order. Once we receive your email, we will update your draft exchange order to $15 Express shipping and confirm the update with you.
- Then please proceed to post your parcel using the provided return label. Within 1 business day of Australia Post scanning the return parcel in transit your exchange order will be released and the invoice emailed to you.
NOTE: You will need to pay the $15 Express Fee plus any other gap if applicable for your exchange order to be processed. You must check your inbox including the spam folder and ensure prompt payment to avoid delays.
Once your exchange order is paid, we'll dispatch it within 1 business day for Express orders paid by 1pm AEDT.
If you prefer free standard shipping, simply post your parcel after purchasing your $10 return label. Once your return is scanned in transit, your exchange order will be released. For free exchanges, we'll dispatch your order within approximately 3 business days using standard shipping. Please note, if there's a payment gap for your exchange (due to higher value products), you'll need to complete payment before your exchange order is processed.
