Our warehouse team work efficiently and effectively, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), to ensure we dispatch your order as soon as possible! We understand receiving your order in a timely manner is of the utmost importance. To ensure your expectations are met, please review the dispatch timeframes for each shipping services that we offer. Dispatch for orders with in Australia (Monday - Friday):

Express shipping - If your order is placed before 1pm AEST/AEDT your order will be dispatched that same day business day. Please note transit times are then added on top of the dispatch time frame. Please see transit estimates for more information. 

Standard Shipping - Standard shipping can take 1-2 business days to be dispatched form our warehouse. Please note transit times are then added on top of the dispatch time frame. Please see transit estimates for more information. 

Same Day Shipping (Melbourne metro only) - If your order is placed before 11:30am AEST/AEDT your order will be dispatched that same day business day. Please note transit times are then added on top of the dispatch time frame. Please see transit estimates for more information. 

Dispatch for International orders (Monday to Friday AEST/AEDT):

International orders are all dispatched with Australia Post via a standard tracked international shipping service and are dispatched that same day when the order is placed before 11am AEST/AEDT. Please note transit times are then added on top of the dispatch time frame. Please see transit estimates for more information.

Once you have placed your order, you can use the Australia Post tracking sent to you via email to check the location of your parcel.

International deliveries are expected to experience delays.

If there have been significant delays and you still have not received your parcel, please call Australia Post on 13 76 78 and quote the tracking number emailed to you. Same Day delivery (Melbourne Metro only):
When orders are placed before 11:30am AEST/AEDT, in most instances the order will be delivered that same business day before 6pm AEST/AEDT.
