If you receive an item that's eligible* for return, you can exchange it or opt for a store credit within 30 days of placing your order. - Knickers & all G-string style garments are not accepted for exchange, store credit or return.
- All reusable pads are not accepted for exchange, store credit or return.
- Tea & cosmetics are not accepted for exchange, store credit or return.
- 100% Cotton tops & babywear are not accepted for return.
- Clearance & seconds are not accepted for exchange, store credit or return.

WHY DO I NEED TO PAY FOR A RETURN LABEL?
We understand that there may be instances when you change your mind or find that the item doesn't fit as anticipated. In such cases, we offer a return label for your unwanted garments at a cost of $10. Once your return is in the post, we are proud to offer free standard shipping to send your exchange items, ensuring you receive your new garments seamlessly and with no further shipping costs. This is a part of our commitment to excellent service and allows us to continue offering a wide range of high-quality, Australian-designed seamless garments and to all of our wonderful customers.
We also understand that purchasing a return label might not be convenient for everyone. If you prefer, you can drop off the item at our Moorabbin warehouse at 686A South Rd, Moorabbin, if you live in Victoria and it's convenient for you.

CAN I RETURN A SPLIT PACK/PARTIAL PACK:
Typically, we do not accept returns for split packs. We suggest trying on items first to check the fit. If you're not satisfied, you can return the entire pack. However, if you need to return only certain items from a pack, please contact our customer support team through the submit a request form. We'll review your order and do our best to assist you. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
