Domestic Delivery with Australia Post
All standard and express shipping orders within Australia are delivered by Australia Post. If nobody is at the address to receive the delivery, the parcel will be left in a safe place. If there is no safe place available, a notification card will be left and the parcel will be taken to a nearby Post Office. Please use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email, to follow the status of your delivery.
Same Day with Go People (Melbourne Metro only)
If no one is at home during a delivery, the order will be left in a safe place on the property. In the unlikely case that there is no safe place to leave the parcel on the property, the order may be marked as return to sender. In this instance, we will be in touch to arrange re-delivery costs. Where possible please provide clear instructions on where the parcel can be left.
International Orders
International orders begin their journey with Australia Post from Melbourne, Australia. Upon reaching their destination country, international orders are passed on to the local postal provider in your country. If no one is home to receive the delivery, the parcel may be left in a safe place or it could be returned to a local distribution centre. This is however, dependent on your local carrier's policy. It is best to check in with the local carrier for your country in order to understand what may happen if you are not home. Once the parcel has reached it's destination country, you can enter your unique international Australia Post tracking number into your local carrier's track and trace website. This will provide the most detailed and accurate information on the whereabouts of your parcel.
