We do our best to accommodate order changes and cancellation requests. However, our packing team works quickly and once an order is packed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We recommend contacting us via live chat or calling on (03) 9553 0188 during business hours (9am to 5pm AEST/AEDT) if the matter is urgent.
Once a parcel is dispatched, usually we are unable to re-direct it. If your order has already been dispatched, we do recommend downloading the Australia post app and attempting to redirect the parcel this way. The Australia Post app can be found in the apple app store or on google play. Otherwise you can sign up via a desktop computer using the link below.

If you are still unable to redirect the parcel, please get in touch with us via the 'submit a request' link at the bottom of the article or in the top right hand corner of your screen. Unfortunately once a parcel is with Australia post it is out of our control and we cannot guarantee a re-direction, but we will do our best.
