We are sorry to hear this! We first recommend checking in with any other occupants of your household to ensure that they haven't already brought the parcel in and have forgotten to mention this. This does tend to resolve the matter in about 80% of cases. Otherwise, please check your own property, front door and mail box to be sure it hasn't been left in a safe place. The majority of our parcels are small enough to fit into a mail box.
