Once you have clicked on the link, you should be taken to a tracking page like the below. Please click the "journey" button on the right hand side and scroll to the bottom to see the latest tracking update/scan.
If the last tracking scan from Australia Post was more than 5 business days ago, then please get in touch with us via the 'submit a request' link. This can be found at the bottom of this article or in the top right hand corner of your screen. Once we receive your request, we will open an investigation with Australia Post so that we can find your parcel asap.
